Alpe d'Huez has over 240km of pistes! For Main Event, the lift pass includes 2 days skiing and snowboarding in Les Deux Alpes (as well as 6 day Alp d'Huez Lift Pass). All accommodation will be centrally located with easy access to the piste and bars. There will also be a BUSC customised park and a foodlit race piste for all you competitors out there!
Don't worry though its not all about the racing! The night time entertainment is amazing! With the warm up week having a much quieter feel, there are some amazing events in Main Event week, BUSC really lives up to its motto, addictive events, nothing less. There will be a custom made BUSC Après Area with the largest Main Event bar consortium capacity ever. The Opening Ceremony is not to be missed, a party under the stars to start the best week of your life, big name acts are yet to be confirmed. There is also the Floodlit Party on the Piste with Big Air Pros and the BUSC Ball and prize giving for all you competitors! And to ensure the week closes in style, the Final Night Party. The Big One. For those of you that want to have a go at competing, it is the Official British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS formerly BUSA) Ski and Snowboard Championships (Ski Slalom, Ski GS, Ski Super G, Snowboard GS). There are also Team Duals and Boarder/Skier-X, as we all Freestyle competitions in half-pipe, Big Air and Slopestyle. And Newcastle are up there with the best. If not the best, we are hoping to dominate, AGAIN.
